About

I joined the firm in 2000.  I was born in Lakeview, Oregon and received a B.S. in Biology from Oregon State University in 1990. Prior to attending law school, I worked for U.S. Representative Peter A. DeFazio (D-OR) as a legislative assistant. I graduated from the University of Virginia School of Law in 1995 and have been in active practice since. I am a member of the Virginia State Bar, Virginia Beach Bar Association, Virginia Creditor's Bar Association, Commerical Law Leage of America and National Association of Retail Collection Attorneys. I have managed the firm's collections department since 2005.  I was admitted to practice in Virginia and in the Fourth Circuit in 1995.
