Since 1997 he has limited his practice to the defense of serious, complex, or unusual felony and federal criminal cases including narcotics trafficking, sex trafficking, Lacey Act and Marine Mammal Protection Act violations, child pornography, white-collar crimes, and computer crimes. Darrel J. Gardner has defended against charges of murder, manslaughter, rape, kidnapping, child sexual abuse, assault, sex trafficking, drug trafficking, conspiracy, and other felony crimes.
