I am an estate planning and probate, tax, and business lawyer who helps clients achieve their business and estate objectives with minimal tax costs and minimal complication. I help clients with basic and advanced estate planning and probate, mergers and acquisitions, business entity formations, and analysis of the tax consequences of particular transactions--such as 1031 exchanges, condemnations, and employee incentives.I also assist in obtaining tax exempt status for nonprofit organizations and in their formation and ongoing operations. I am a former aviary owner and realtor as well as an Eagle Scout.  I am the proud parent of five children who keep me very busy.
