Daria is a pleasure to work with. She is extremely professional, dedicated and absolutely driven for her client's success, under any circumstances. I greatly appreciate the commitment she made to me and also makes in defending the Las Vegas community and will continue to refer her clients. Thanks!
Professional, knowledgeable, skilled and courteous. I would highly recommend this team of experts. they really eased my concerns about the law and their staff provided me with the strongest prepared defense available in Las Vegas. Their team is highly experienced, and they actually took the time to listen to my case. Highly commited to providing the best protection in the field of law. The payment plans are reasonable, always willing to make a commedation for me to make my payment plan reasonable. The best legal team ever! I would highly recommend Michael Becker, Neil Shouse, Daniel Page, Amber Furhiman and Daria Panoff for any of your legal needs. They all have worked together to help me with my case. I also want to thank David Kohlmeier and Nancy Green, both case managers have helped me through this time.
These are the cheapest most respectful lawyers ive ever met. They even have payment plans and i will most certainly recommend them to all my friends and family.
My experience with LVDG left me feeling great. From the beginning, I felt like my relatively minor case was treated as if it were a very serious one. While hanging out at my house, I heard a strange knock at my door. The police informed me that I had been a very serious accident and that they knew it was me. I told them that I didn’t know what they were talking about. They told me a tow-truck was on its way to impound my car and I only needed to confess to take care of everything quickly. I continued to tell them that I didn’t know what they were talking about. This took about 3 hours and left me very shaken up. About 2 weeks later, I got a notice in the mail from LVMPD that I was the suspect in a hit and run investigation. This frightened me. How could the police accuse me of this? Are my rights being violated? What’s going on? I knew this was the time to consult a lawyer. I researched the Law Firm that I noticed represented police in previous cases, and that had former police officers on its staff. I knew that this sort of rapport with police would expedite my case, as they would be able to relate to the detective(s) investigating me on mutually understandable terms. Upon meeting with the first of three individuals involved on my case, David Kohlmeier, Case Manager immediately made me feel the full implications of my case. He let me know the potential progress and possible punishments of my case, the benefits of retaining the law firm to protect me, and the cost structure for all of it. Nothing was unclear. He made me feel confident that he knew what he was talking about. The next person I met with was In-House Private Investigator - William Simpson who personally investigated on my behalf and spoke to the detective on my behalf to figure out an appropriate time for me to go speak with him, as well as probing for information to give us a clearer understanding of what exactly I was being accused of. After that, I met with my lawyer, and the state completely dropped its case with no tickets or punishments issued whatsoever! Whew! Throughout the experience, all my phone calls were returned with expedience, and everything was explained thoroughly. The diverse backgrounds of the people involved on my case provided a plan that left me feeling like my rights were protected in the way that they should be. I felt like all I had to do was retain them as my legal counsel and let them do the rest. I was supposed to get a huge hit in more ways than one, but LVDG protected me. Thanks LVDG!
