Divorce in a short term or long term marriage is a very difficult and frightening experience. Unless you have a recommendation, the journey of picking up the phone, sending emails to numerous attorney's office was a challenge in itself . Many unresponsive law offices to my surprise. Castle & Monarch was very professional and responsive on my first call and quickly scheduled an appointment with Danny Monarch. Danny was very professional but very caring and sympathetic to the emotions I was experiencing during our initial meeting and there after. It was an easy decision to move forward with Danny. He was quick to respond to both myself and the opposing attorney. He was clear in his explanations and provided excellent advise and guidance that I desperately needed . He also supported my decisions outside of his recommendations. The case was won in my favor and I have Danny Monarch to thank and his amazing staff at Castle & Monarch. These dealing are never pleasant but finding the right attorney and law affirm are half the battle. I highly recommend Danny Monarch.
Do you really think you would enjoy learning this lesson the hard way? Trust me on this-choosing the right attorney to handle your divorce is no easy task. In my case, a simple divorce which supposed to end fairly fast via a settlement, turned into a 2 year nightmare just for the simple fact of not hiring the right attorney. Fifteen months into the divorce along with lots of $$$ spent and no movement toward the resolution of my case forced me to dismissed my first legal counsel. After numerous phone calls to different law firms I quickly learnt that now I was on my own with no legal representation. The minute they heard who the opposing counsel was, and because they had a reputation for not settling the cases, none was interested in taking over my case. Second time around I did my due diligence, interviewing and researching many attorneys before choosing Castle and Monarch as my divorce attorneys. It was a long and painful experience; without their expertise, professionalism and support, I would've never seen the end of it. I cannot express my appreciation for the Castle and Monarch firm. They immediately scheduled me to come in after a thorough interview over the phone. The minute I walked into their office I was greeted by an amazing man, Mr. Dale Castle, a strong, knowledgeable senior attorney with a heart of gold, who immediately put my mind at ease. That was when I knew and trusted that soon my divorce will be ending. I gladly retained their services the same day. Subsequently, I had the pleasant opportunity to meet Mr. Danny Monarch, who became my legal counsel. Do you want a lawyer who is calm, reliable and composed yet willing to fight to protect your rights during the divorce proceedings?? Danny Monarch has the ability to tailor your case based on your individual needs and achieve the best results. I'll never forget the relief and happiness I felt when it came time to sign the settlement papers that he had meticulously revised and prepared. I am gladly recommending this firm without reservation to anyone in need. Should I ever need a divorce attorney in the future, I wouldn't hesitate to hire Danny Monarch again. I am eternally grateful for the level of professionalism with which my divorce case has been handled by this firm.
Danny took very good care of me and developed a solid strategy in dealing with my divorce. And in the end we prevailed in with the court system.
Danny Monarch is the type of lawyer you want to hire! I had been sued multiple times by my ex-husband and after going through several other law firms I hired Danny. He was easy to work with, always had my best interest at hand and called me back whenever I left a message. He was on top of this case 24/7, texting, emailing, calling with thoughts on strategy, questions on past legal issues, updates on where the case was and what the next step was. He was able to get this law suit settled in record time without all the past game playing I'd become accustomed to. I gained 100% faith and trust in him and his firm and am so very glad I hired him.
I had the great pleasure of being introduced to Danny Monarch's services in April of 2012. Unfortunately I was going through, what became, a very emotional and complicated dissolution case, which included various difficult issues. Danny was very patient and concerned about every detail of my case. He was knowledgeable in family law and exceeded my expectations with his prompt responses and reasonable projections of how my case would play out. Danny is a VERY honest and generous lawyer whom I have great respect for. I will continue to recommend his services in the future.
Danny was extremely helpful with a very difficult situation. I was more than happy with the results of my child custody case. I was kept well informed of every single action taken and direction of my case. Danny was a pivotal point in an ongoing case. His expertise was essential in maneuvering through the legal system.
I have used Danny on serveral ocasions and he is outstanding in his delivery of service. If you are looking for a Family Law attorney who can get the job done, look no further.
Mr. Monarch was very pleasant and responsive to my questions and legal actions, of course at billable hours. Outside of the courtroom, Mr. Monarch was very professional and responsive, more so than past attorney(s). However, when it mattered in the courtroom, Mr. Monarch fell apart and did not raise any of the issues that we had discussed, which I wanted raised for the judge to consider. As the petitioner, I expected Mr. Monarch to take the lead and control negotiations between attorneys', but that wasn't the case, it was the respondent's attorney that took the lead, both in the courtroom and when negotiating between parties outside of the courtroom. Additionally, the opposing counsel had filed a motion against Mr. Monarch because I pursued and completed a deposition to input income on the respondent. Mr. Monarch used my final court appearance to defend the motion and not my case. In the end, as a result of little to no representation in court on my behalf, I was forced by the court to pay the maximum child support, the respondent's attorney fees ($6,000+), no mandated income forced on the respondent (who voluntarily quit her $40,000 a year job only a year prior), $5,000 for the income expert and almost $12,000 in Mr. Monarch's fees. Needless to say I was not pleased. Although to be fair, after I left the courtroom angry, Mr. Monarch chased me down and we spoke. During that conversation he agreed with the approval of the firm's partner to waive his fee equal to the second mandated respondent's attorney's fee ($3,000). In the end, as I stated prior, Mr. Monarch was pleasant and easy to work with outside of the courtroom. As time has past, he may have improved his courtroom skills, presence and aggressiveness, if that is the case, then he would be an attorney that I would recommend. Unfortunately, after $20,000+ for what I thought was a relatively simple case, I found out too late of his courtroom inexperience. * My overall rating is due to the courtroom experiences, the other ratings are based on general interactions.
