About
I have been an immigration attorney since December of 2016. An artificial algorithm on avvo.com assigns my professional rating without analyzing the nature of the State Bar disciplinary proceedings or its outcome. For an accurate description of my experience and practice record, please visit the site of the State Bar of California and search under my name or bar number (CA 185948): https://www.calbar.ca.gov/In recent years, I have been selected by West Publishing as a "Super Lawyer," an honor reserved only for lawyers whose ability is ranked by their peers to have reached the top 5% of their field. I would highly recommend Daniel Huang for your immigration needs. I'm currently work with Daniel on my U.S. citizenship application. My first contact with Daniel's office was via telephone in December 2012. I first called the office and worked with one of Daniel's assistants to set up a 1/2 hour paid consultation appointment. As I recall, Daniel was available to be seen just a day or two later. During the initial consultation, Daniel appeared knowledgeable and conducted himself professionally. I was seeking legal assistance because there are some unique circumstances surrounding my citizenship application that requires trustworthy guidance and advice. During our conversation, which was held in both Chinese and English, Daniel listened intently and kept notes on my file which I felt his office will be keeping for future references. Daniel adequately answered all of my questions during the consultation and properly explained steps I need to take leading up to the filing of my application. We concluded our first meeting and Daniel left me with options to either tackle the next steps on my own or return to him for continued assistance. After some contemplation, I emailed Daniel the next day to request that he provide additional assistance in the next steps on my case. I suspect that it was due to the proximity to the Christmas / New Years holidays, Daniel wasn't able to respond to my email until Jan 2nd. In his email response, Daniel confirmed that he will help and provided an outline of a plan. He also requested additional information from me and confirmed payment amount and method. Payment amount was per our initial consultation discussion. Next, we exchanged email a couple of more times. Now that we are not interrupted by the holidays, Daniel's email responses have been prompt. So far, I am very satisfied with the service and advice Daniel has been providing. My case has some unique peculiarities and Daniel has taken it all in stride while providing the guidance, advice and assistance I seek. Will return for updates as major milestones are reached in my application process.
