Danielle Barger is a Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law (State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization), a designation reserved for those attorneys who are able to meet California’s comprehensive education and experience requirements in the field of Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law. Ms. Barger is committed to providing valuable legal services to families and helping them make important life decisions for their family which can impact them for years to come. A large part of her estate practice includes advising non-traditional families, including LGBT couples, in their estate planning needs. In addition to crafting exceptional estate plans for her clients, Ms. Barger provides business planning services. She firmly believes that for the business person, business planning and estate planning go hand in hand to protect their assets and provide for a smooth succession to his or her heirs. Having owned and operated her own law firm for eight years, Ms. Barger understands first-hand the issues and problems facing business owners. As a result of her real world experience, she is able to better advise her business clients.
