About
Danielle has been practicing law since 2009. After working in general liability defense for a year, she joined the firm and has been passionately representing plaintiffs ever since. She works with partners Tracy Eglet and Dennis Prince on Eglet Prince’s injury team on cases involving catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death, product liability, medical malpractice, insurance bad faith, and unfair claims practices. Danielle assists partners in trial and preparing cases for trial, primarily in analyzing cases, developing litigation strategy, and researching and writing motions, oppositions, replies, and other litigation briefs. Danielle’s focus on legal writing has earned her a strong reputation in the Nevada legal community for this skill.Danielle earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Finance at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) and a Juris Doctor Degree at UNLV’s William S. Boyd School of Law. During her time in law school, she was a member of the Nevada Law Journal and participated in the Innocence Clinic for 2 years, where she studied and worked on wrongful convictions. She also completed externships for the Honorable David T. Wall (Ret.), the Clark County District Attorney, and the Clark County Public Defender.Danielle is a member of the Nevada Justice Association, Howard D. McKibben American Inn of Court, Clark County Bar Association, State Bar of Nevada and the American Bar Association. She has been admitted to practice law in the State of Nevada and the U.S. District Court, District of Nevada since 2009. Danielle has also earned the distinction of being one of the Best Up and Coming Attorneys as well as being honored as one of Nevada’s Top Attorneys by Nevada Business Magazine’s Legal Elite, 2015.Danielle is also an active volunteer in the Las Vegas legal community. From 2009 to 2015, she represented children pro bono as an attorney for the Children’s Attorney Project at the Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada, where she advocated the interests of abused and neglected children in foster care and who are wards of the State. She is presently co-authoring on a new chapter on Evidence for the upcoming edition of the Nevada Civil Practice Manual. Danielle has also written several published articles on different issues in personal injury litigation, and teaches CLE courses on legal writing. In her spare time, Danielle is an avid reader and enjoys writing and traveling.
