About

Dr. Amber Wilson practices vaccine injury law in the Firm’s downtown Washington, D.C. office.  Prior to joining the Maglio Christopher & Toale, P.A., Dr. Wilson served as a judicial law clerk at the United States Court of Federal Claims.  Dr. Wilson utilizes her prior firsthand experience with the United States Court of Federal Claims, combined with her extensive scientific research background, to advocate on behalf of the Firm’s clients that have suffered vaccine injuries.Dr. Wilson earned her J.D. from The John Marshall Law School in Chicago, Illinois.  She received her Ph.D. from the University of Miami in Molecular and Cellular Pharmacology, where she focused her research on understanding and elucidating cell death and aging pathways in cardiac myocytes and stem cells.  Dr. Wilson received her M.S. in Genetics from Florida Atlantic University, where her research focused on understanding which genes are involved in the inheritance of maternal mitochondria in C. Elegans.   Dr. Wilson earned her B.S. in Biology from The Florida Institute of Technology.Dr. Wilson is admitted to practice before the courts of the State of Florida, the District of Columbia, and the United States Court of Federal Claims.  She also volunteers pro bono at the Catholic University Law School on community outreach and advocacy projects in the D.C. area.
