Danielle is a wonderful person and a great lawyer! Not only does she provide excellent service to her customers she also serves us all by serving our country and so for that I thank Danielle for her dedicated service. Danielle is a take charge type of lady that is well informed in the law and procedures on how to get things done legally. She is compassionate, understanding and sympathetic to her cases and gives your case the utmost attention and honesty. I've come to know her personally and I am currently under her care for a Guardianship case where as I'm trying to correct placement of my child with Down Syndrome. I feel confidant in her ability to tackle any case she takes on. Whether I win or lose, I fell confidant that she has done all she could to succeed at my case; and I would highly recommend her practice to anybody considering hiring her or recommend her to anyone that needs advice or needs to hire an attorney.

Our Dad had Alzheimer's for about five years. As his disease progressed and he entered a memory care unit, my brother and I wanted to become his legal co-guardians so we could be in a better position to advocate for him and provide input on his treatment. Ms. Mercurio lead us through the guardianship process, represented us during the hearing, and help us with the legal filings. After he passed away, she again helped us with the legal filings to dissolve the guardianship. We would recommend Ms. Mercurio to anyone. She is patient, kind, understanding, and very knowledgeable in the legal aspects of guardianship.
