Attorney Daniel A. Silver passed the bar in 1993 and is licensed in good standing to practice law in the State of Illinois and Federal Court. Mr. Silver is a member of and has served as president and vice-president of the Jackson County Bar Association. He has served on the Joint CLE Committee since 2012.Mr. Silver is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, the Illinois Paralegal Association, the American Association of Paralegal Education, and the American Bar Association.Mr. Silver has been director of Paralegal Studies at SIU Carbondale, and has taught in Paralegal Studies since 2002.
