Attorney Scott handled a contract dispute for me. i felt i was being harassed and that the company was trying to intimidate me into paying for a service i did not order. Atty. Scott took over and quickly negotiated an agreement I thought was fair and what I had offered in the first place. He will be my attorney from now own. It was nice to have someone who I felt would fight for me.
I have worked with Daniel on two occasions and will most certainly choose to work with him if ever a future need arises. Daniel successfully negotiated a settlement for property damage that had been stagnant for months prior to his involvement. I contacted Daniel, explained what had transpired and within weeks the issue was resolved with a satisfactory outcome. Daniel is currently assisting my wife with the re-negotiation of a settlement. The outcome remains TBD but at this point Daniel has moved this forward where her prior attorney could not. I assume that this too will reach a satisfactory outcome. In any of my dealings with Dan, I've found him to be a tremendous listener who can quickly get to the heart of the matter and from that point moves forward in a very methodical manner while keeping me completely involved/informed along the way. I truly value the relationship that I have developed with Dan as my attorney.
Daniel was a fantastic advocate and representative for our company with nothing but our best interest in mind. Not only was he able to pinpoint the exact rule of law that would work to our advantage, but he also was able to express to us the "real world" probabilities of litigation and the positives and negatives of the litigating process in a precise, bare-bones professional manner. As a law graduate myself, I felt honored as a client and as a colleague to work with him. Advocates like Daniel are an example as to how an attorney should work with their clients in an age where settlement numbers seem to be all that matter. Daniel is one of those individuals that treats all of his clients cases with sincerity, compassion and dedication. Simultaneously he treats the client with dignity, professionalism, and respect. Yes, many attorneys can claim that they possess these attributes, but what makes Daniel different is the fact that he can actually relate to the matter at hand, both personally and professionally, and convey that to the client in a manner that the client feels as though they are a part of the actual decision-making process, and not just standing idle waiting for results. Daniel is a legal advocate that makes law understandable to his clients and adversaries so that the client does not feel as though it is not (as Judge Kevin Ross would say) "a foreign concept"; that on many levels he can provide legal advice, information, and options in a manner that is not overwhelming and relevant to anyone he represents. Daniel Scott, truly is, one of "the good guys".
I had property seized over 2 years ago and didn't think that I would ever see it again. In one month, attorney Scott accomplished what I had been trying to for 2 years. After explaining my situation, Attorney Scott took over and handled everything else.
