My wife and I had met with Dan about an unrelated case for a free consultation before hiring him for the cases we did. He did not return phone calls, gave us very bad legal advice, and actually said he had" made friends" with the person who our case was against. He later secretly got remove from the case that was a set fee with representation through to the end of. The only way we found out was looking at the docket online and seeing a court date we were unaware of. He did not represent us like we had hoped, and even hurt us with the bad advise that made us look noncompliant. In our case that is a time consuming and difficult one Dan just did not seem to live up to our expectations
