I had Dan McKenna as my lawyer and I would highly recommend him he will fight to the end he will not give up and he will get what’s right for you he did for me . Sincerely Nicole
Atty Daniel McKenna was the key to my success in filing for disability; after working for so many years with my condition, he carefully 'listened' and prepared me for a hearing, and gave me the confidence I needed to go forth and expect success. He is truly empathetic and skilled, the type of attorney anyone would feel comfortable with. He was prompt to inform me of documents needed or any progress made. I would recommend him to anyone.
I have dealt with many attorneys both on a personal and professional level. (I was a contracts manager at one point in my career. This said, I've seen attorneys at their best and worst. Dan is the best.) Dan was right there for me, at my side through a an extremely difficult time in my life. I never once doubted that he was not there for me 100%. He has my trust in his expertise, as there have been more than one attorney that I have "beaten up" in court, both civil and federal. My only dismay is that he cannot handle the pending mesh case that I have; not because of a lack of ability, but because the firm is not representing anyone in the class. If he were able to handle the case, there is no doubt in my mind that I would be one wealthy old broad when all was said and done.
Dan did very little to help me and even promised half my money back. Absolutely no follow up and couldn’t be bothered to even return repeated calls asking for updates. Out of frustration I’ve finally given up still being owed $3000 by him! Do yourself a favor and find a lawyer that will actually do as promised.
