Daniel J. McDevitt joined the Law Offices of John Dwyer in 1996. He attended DePaul University College of Law after graduating from the University of Iowa in 1993. He graduated from DePaul in 1996 and was licensed to practice in both Illinois State Courts and Illinois Federal Courts. Dan was also licensed to practice in Wisconsin in 2006.Dan represents clients who have suffered serious personal injury and wrongful death. Dan has resolved a wide range of personal injury claims through mediation, settlement and trial, including claims arising from motor vehicle accidents, premises liability and medical malpractice. In 2004, Dan was made a partner and the firm name was changed to Dwyer & McDevitt, Ltd., to reflect the partnership.Dan is a member of the American Association of Justice, Illinois State Bar Association and Illinois Trial Lawyer’s Association. When a motorist with minimum insurance coverage hit me, I wasn't sure how to proceed with my insurance claim.
