Dan is a Partner in the firm and Vice Chairman of the Land Use Department, and co-manages the firm's Hudson Valley Office.He has over 20 years of experience getting projects approved and built for clients, with a focus on commercial, residential, mixed use, adaptive reuse, telecommunications, energy, zoning and related environmental law. Dan represents a diverse clientele, including real estate developers, corporations, wireless carriers, power producers, schools, non-profit organizations, municipalities and industrial development agencies. He achieves results for clients on a number of levels, including local land use review/approvals, State and Federal permitting and project compliance with the New York State Environmental Quality Review Act, or “SEQRA”.
