Daniel Le Dressay has practised law in British Columbia since 1985. Daniel worked at downtown Vancouver law firms as an Associate Lawyer after articles before opening his own firm in 1992. Daniel represents clients in trial and appeal matters involving complex commercial disputes, bankruptcy and insolvency, fraud, environmental litigation, construction issues, and builders liens.Daniel taught at Langara College in the School of Management from 2006 to 2015. He maintains memberships in the Canadian Bar Association (Past Chair of Bankruptcy and Insolvency Sub-Section (BC)), the American Bar Association, the Commonwealth Lawyers Association, the National Lawyers Guild, the Haldane Society of Lawyers, the Southern Poverty Law Centre, and the Canadian Academy of Legal Studies in Business.
