Daniel provided great legal advice and just the right amount of assistance in a pursuing a small consumer protection act violation. His insight helped produce a sound and sensible strategy that kept his costs and involvement to a minimum. Trustworthy, knowledgeable, and professional.

I am in Wisconsin, and I was taking care of my Uncle's estate in Idaho. Daniel made the entire process very easy for me. I felt very comfortable with Daniel - he was both professional and experienced, yet very down to earth and friendly. I would recommend him highly to anyone.

Daniel did not offer protection that was needed and he was not aggressive in his approach in acting as my lawyer with a labor dispute. I was not pleased and although I did not request that he write a letter to my employer, he did so, charged me for his time, and his letter was completely unacceptable. 5 lawyers reviewed it from out of state that I am close to and they all felt it was completely below satisfactory. I told Daniel that I wanted a discount and that he had billed me for items I did not request. He declined to offer any reduction in his rate. I was completely unsatisfied with his work.
