I would definitely recommend Daniel to anyone looking for an immigration attorney. I initially called Daniel to help extend my B-2 visitor visa so I could continue to live in the United States while my son attended college. Daniel took the time to carefully answer all of my questions, and carefully prepared my application to extend my B-2 status. I was very impressed with Daniel's knowledge of the law, and his ability to explain everything clearly to me. Daniel did top-nutch work and helped me to extend my status several times so that I could remain in the United States to see my son graduate from college. Daniel even helped me stay in the United States when USCIS questioned whether I needed to stay in the United States until my son graduated from the college. Daniel cares passionately for his client's and will work diligently to make sure that you get a successful outcome.
Daniel Hartzman handled my immigration case, and I have nothing but the best words for him. Extremely personable and polite, he works diligently and fast, and was always available whenever I had questions or concerns. In the midst of stress of acquiring my green card, it was very reassuring to work with someone who is so capable and just an all-around good person. I highly recommend him!! --Mina from Belgrade, Serbia
Received a Notice of Intent to Deny (NOID) from USCIS for I-130. Looking for help to respond to it, I immediately contacted the Hartzman Law Firm and set up an initial consultation with Mr. Daniel Hartzman. Considering his excellent reviews and impressed by his professionalism, I decided to retain Hartzman Law Firm. NOID only has 30 days to respond and Mr. Hartzman gave the NOID sense of urgency it deserved. He was a true professional in all aspects. After impressed by how my I-130 NOID response was handled, I decided to retain Hartzman Law Firm for representation on I-485. I applied for my green card as a 245i grandfathered beneficiary. Section 245i is a very complex area of the immigration law and Mr. Hartzman was well-versed in it. I was especially impressed by how well prepared and organized he was during our numerous correspondence via email, phone and video conference. He thoroughly prepared me for my I-485 interview and patiently answered any questions or concerns I had. Throughout the time I worked with him on my case, I could tell he really cares about his clients! Eventually, I-130 and I-485 were adjudicated together. Thanks to Mr. Hartzman, we successfully overcame the denial reasons listed in the NOID letter and the I-130 was approved along with I-485 without any issues. Everything went smoothly and approval notices and green card came in the mail on time. Thanks to Hartzman Law Firm, I am now a lawful permanent resident after a very long time. Mr. Hartzman and his team at Hartzman Law Firm went above and beyond our contract agreement, and for the amount they charged for legal fees, and the quality of the representation they provided, it was extremely affordable. We were quite pleased and would recommend Hartzman Law Firm, LLC to anyone looking for a reputable, honest, and dependable immigration attorney. Thank you!
We hired Daniel to handle my wife's 319(b) application. Daniel is personable, knowledgeable, and professional. He took us through every step of the process and my wife obtained her US citizenship. Thanks!
As a Canadian graduate student in Pittsburgh, I wanted to work here in the USA. As daunting as the visa application seems to be Hartzman Law Firm, LLC was a great asset during the process. Under pressure from school, work and other tasks. I called several other attorneys in the area, and was looking for an immigration attorney. Some charged me from $300-$500 for a consultation - Daniel did it for free. We spoke about what my options were and he was able to lay several different options in front of me in our initial conversation. He said it would be a flat fee to get the TN Visa application. Within a week he had helped me prepare the initial application. Daniel explained the current situation and risks associated with submitting the application. After submission and denial, he walked through our next steps and what exactly we needed to do. I was expecting a fee for re-submitting the application as he needed to put some more work, but he kept his word of flatt-fee. On the second submission, we received approval on our application. Without his support and vast knowledge in this field, the Visa application would not have received approval. The help was much appreciated, Thank you Daniel.
I had the pleasure to work with Daniel since 2007, and have been an enjoyable and incredible experience for me, because of his great work ethics, respect, professionalism, and personal attention. Daniel has helped me in different immigration process since 2007, first with different job process such as visas and permits, and later with more detailed oriented immigration requests. Since the first time, he has paid a detailed attention to my cases and helped me understanding all the process as well. I am very fortunate of knowing a very professional lawyer that cares about the applicant’s time and necessities. I had heard tremendous stories about other lawyers that spend years doing an application. Not Daniel, he is a professional in all aspects. I am truly happy to recommend Daniel M. Hartzman Dr. Norma
