As soon as I met with Attorney Griffin for a review of my case, he laid the cards out on the table and told me what to expect. The fact that he did not try to sugar coat things sold me on his ability to get the job done. More importantly, no matter how many cases he had, he kept me informed every step of the way. He is direct, detail oriented and an ultimate professional. I would refer him and hire him without hesitation.
Attorney Griffin is very well prepared, professional, and experienced. A former prosecutor and United States Marine, I would not have trusted anyone else with my case. He was successful at a very good price.
Dan performed exceptionally and professionally with extenuating circumstances that were a challenge! I would strongly recommend him and hire him again if the need for legal council arises!
I highly recommend Dan. He kept me informed every step of the process and and was a pleasure to work with.
Very very knowledgeable well priced very professional knows what he's extremely tentative to his clients which is very important. The entire process of going to court with quick painless and you soon forget about it he takes care of all the heavy work great
Daniel Griffin is a complete monster to deal with. I’m not sure how he is getting all these 5-star reviews but, they can’t be real. I retained Mr. Griffin in September of 2018 following a near fatal moped accident. I met him in my home as I was in a wheelchair so, he was aware of the severity of the circumstances. After hearing the case, he was confident. I asked him if he had worked cases like mine and he said he had. He’s a DUI/criminal lawyer, he shouldn’t have ever taken this case as he was totally out of his depth. He came recommended by a family friend. We continued working together and he would ask me to get a lot of the information required for the cases on my own. I would reach out monthly for updates via email because he was not forthcoming with progress. He had told me there was a lot to do with AND for my case that ended up being completely false and not feasible. He would frequently get frustrated and snap at me, he even yelled at me on the phone once in a fit of rage and emailed me to apologize for his behavior. This individual is completely unprofessional. Very sneaky! If you email him, he will call you so there is no record of what was discussed. He will give you unrealistic time frames for payment. I was supposed to get a payment early on in our working relationship and I didn’t get one of the payments until January of 2019 and the other wasn’t until March or April. This is after him saying repeatedly “that will be out to you ASAP” or just straight up saying, “I have no idea why it hasn’t come in yet”. Probably because you haven’t called the insurance company to follow up! He at one point quit my case but, then wanted me to fire him so that he wouldn’t be in breach of our contract and could still collect a fee which ended up not happening. He withheld my records, the courts asked him and his lawyer for the information 3 different times before I was actually able to pick them up. Waste of 8 months working with this sorry excuse for a lawyer who took advantage of someone in the wake of a traumatic accident. If he’s you’re only option: 1. I feel sorry for you and 2. Get EVERYTHING in writing. Absolute scumbag.
