I paid for a quit claim deed up front and he never filed it. After numerous messages I never received a call back. Very unprofessional and not worth your time. I’m very regretful.

This is a lawyer that you can't not count on to have your back or even get a hold of you. The last time I received a court summons I called Giudice the same day. When he picked up his phone he said he was busy but would get back to me later in the day. After a week of waiting for his call I started calling him. First I started calling once a week then twice a week than everyday. He finally contacted me by text while I was on my way to the court hearing telling me to ask for a continuance. Now the same thing is happening again.
