I offer more than a decade of experience in the securities and financial services industries where I have provided consultative financial and regulatory advice both to individuals and businesses. My practice areas include estate planning and administration, business planning and transactions, wealth planning and transfer, bankruptcy, and regulatory compliance.  Legal services are provided through Gilbert Law PLLC, a rapidly growing general practice law firm located in the Twin Cities. I understand that value isn't simply found in a one-size-fits-all legal document template, rather it is directly correlated to the quality and customization of advice rendered.  As a result, my mission is to help clients realize their personal and business goals through providing customized advisory services specifically tailored to meet each objective.
