 Dan Dozieris a partner in Press, Potter and Dozier, LLC, a law firm with practice areasin Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), Aviation Law, Business Law, Commercial Finance, Commercial Real Estate,Creditors Rights, Estate Planning, Government Contracts, and Non-ProfitCorporations, Organizations and Associations. Dozier's practice is focusedon providing the full range of litigation and ADR services. He has mediated hundreds of complex multiparty environmental, publicpolicy, and land use disputes and has been appointed by United States DistrictCourts from around the Nation to mediate cases.
