He always cares about what I need. He always returns my calls and very professional. He’s very good in what he does. Never thought about going to a different lawyer.
Dan helped me, a single father, get full custody of my two daughters in 2002. 2 years and we did work together. He is very wise and his knowledge of Irish history in the Blackstone Valley is impressive. Good dude.
Dan work in conjunction with my wife's attorney when our custody was stripped by the state. He gave us the hard truth at the beginning that it would be a long battle, but taught us to be strong and never waiver from our ultimate goal of reunification. Despite repeated attempts but the state to fabricate hurdles for us to endure, Dan fought vigorously against the hell my wife and I were put through. I couldn't have asked for a better friend or confidante through the toughest times.
I used Dan as my attorney for bankruptcy, divorce and custody battles. He always returned my calls, texted me back when he was unable to talk (such as when he was in court). In the end I came out better than I expected. He is one of the rare lawyers who cares about his clients.
I have lost my home! With my children, who have medical issues! I will soon be arrested, due to lack of legal protection, since attorney doyle is too caught up in his book deals! Never! Ever! Hire this man!!!!!!!!!!
Terrible. Did not do anything but take 10k from me. Never did any work. Only prepared at trial and never defended a child being re-located by a mother who is a felon. Would not recommend this lawyer. Completely lost the trial and was made a Mockery. I would've been better off defending myself.
I found Daniel obtuse in his answers when he actually responded to one. This was a criminal case and a plea bargain was a very likely outcome but he did absolutely NOTHING to mitigate the charges, argue the facts of the case with the DA or do anything beyond the absolute minimum. The case had a substantial amount of holes and inconsistencies in the evidence and he did ZERO to even try to reduce charges or time offered in the plea. He is a prime example of why court appointed attorneys have a bad reputation. I could go on but you get the idea
I would recommend this Lawyer to anyone with a criminal case. I had Doyle for a custody battle with the Department of Social Services, out of Whittensville, Mass. I was appointed to my case. He never answered my calls, when the people whi had my son did not show up for scheduled visits he did nothing, I never heard from. I have been majoring in legal studies for the past year and now and only now did I find out that he should have never handled my case. i was Not a criminal. I have never been arrested for anything. Doyle was not responsive, he was not defensive, the only time we spoke was at the court house. When I tried to get a different lawyer it was a retired judge who said I should keep him. At the time I was seventeen and my son was three, now I am 30 and my son 12 I have not seen him since. Between DSS and Doyle my son was kept away from me, now I am a Deans List Student with all A's and have a desire for justice. I wonder what he would say if he saw me today.
