I have been a practicing attorney in Ann Arbor, Michigan since 1983.  My practice areas are primarily focused on Federal and State tax audit and collection matters, administrative tax appeals, estate planning, business and real estate transactions, and Michigan Liquor Control Commission licensing matters. I am admitted to practice in Michigan and Florida and the U.S. Tax Court.
