Dan is such a smart guy! We had a crappy lawyer and in the process of looking for a new lawyer to replace ours we were referred to him by two different people! I heard little from him after, didn't return calls or emails. The one time we talked, he said "you are on the right track". Then at arbitration, he said I had a weak case, he would need more money to proceed and I should take the crappy offer. The arbitrator seemed to be explaining the law and case law to him. I went through a very contentious divorce and used several attorneys in my fight for parental rights. I would call him highly incompetent and would never use him again. And would not recommend him.
