Attorney Andoni represented me in a child support review case. As with all attorney's, their first nature is to try and find a happy medium between the two parties and settle. Unfortunately, I divorced a divorce attorney, so, one can rightfully assume that there were no happy mediums to be had in this case. So, matter had to be sorted out by the Judge. The Judge presented several payment options prior to hearing my side, however, they were all in favor of my x-wife and would have left me broke, busted and disgusted. Although Mr. Andoni did advise me that there could be a possibility that the Judge would increase my support substantially because I didn’t agree with any of the ridiculous offers that were being presented, I chose to go ahead and proceed so that Judge could hopefully understand why I couldn’t accept any of the offers. During the proceeding Mr. Andoni was at his very best ensuring that we addressed every issue that he thought that the other side would try to use to sway the Judge’s decision. In conclusion, my support increased by $16 a month, in which I am not happy with but I can live with. So Mr. Andoni gets two thumbs up for going to battle successfully against two attorneys.
