With a focus on analyzing and providing guidance on nonimmigrant and immigrant visa strategies to meet each client's specific needs, I have successfully assisted clients in obtaining H-1B, L-1, O-1, P-1, E-1/E-2, E-3, TN, B-1 and J-1, visas, as well as PERM and EB-5 filings.
