About

Victoria Hahn assists New York-based employers, insurers, and third-party administrators facing a wide variety of workers’ compensation claims. She represents clients before the New York State Workers’ Compensation Board and defends and counsels them through every stage of the claims process, from inception through trial or settlement.Tori earned a bachelor’s in History at Buffalo State College and an M.A. in International Trade from the State University of New York at Buffalo Graduate School. Simultaneously attending the State University of New York at Buffalo Law School, Tori earned her J.D. with a concentration in Cross-Border Legal Studies. She served as editor-in-chief of the Buffalo Human Rights Law Review, coach of the World Trade Organization ELSA Moot Court, first chair advocate of the New York State Bar Association Arbitration Competition, and treasurer and Desmond Competition co-chair for the Buffalo Moot Court Board. She also founded the SUNY Buffalo team for the Vis Arbitration Moot Competition and served as its logistics coordinator.Tori earned additional experience through a legal clerkship with the Hon. Hugh Scott in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of New York, where she researched Social Security Disability claims, as well as through a legal internship with U.S. Customs and Border Protection, where she conducted research and drafted memoranda on cases involving employment law, immigration law, agency law, international trade law, and ethics. She also interned at a law firm in Vienna, Austria, working on matters involving capital markets, insider trading, international business disputes, and the U.S.-EU negotiations over the Trans-Pacific Partnership.
