She was hired and paid in advance for a Fiance Visa. It took several months of communication and efforts to try to even talk to her after being paid only to find out that our file was not submitted. I reported her to the Florida Bar Association. Immediately I was refunded. She was disciplined by the Bar Association after a lengthy investigation.

Please do not hire this lawyer. It frustrates me that we have to go to some lawyers for legal help because some, especially her seem to not know anything or care for that matter. She took care of a case to bring my sister from Nicaragua. My father was very ill and during the case he passed away. She dragged the case never returning our phone calls and finally said we owed her money so she had not filed the proper documentation. Our request to claim our sister under my father became invalid because it took over two years. We are still trying to claim her. This lawyer is HORRIBLE, incompetent and disgusting.
