My employer hired Cyrus for processing my H1 visa and green card applications. He has been very professional in handling my case and is always available to guide me through the process. He understands the process well and made sure he answered all my concerns in a timely manner and kept me in the loop throughout the process.

I had little experience in the process for our employees to obtain H1B Status as well as Green Card Status. Cyrus did a very good job with all of this and timeliness of filing as well. Never once did we receive something back from USCIS with a clarification and so far the employees we sent his way to assist us has been great! For our needs, Cyrus did a great job.

I made an agreement with him for a flat rate fee to review documents and aid in 'everything related to the process' for a spouse related visa. At an arbitrary point he said that my directly-related questions were not in the purview of our contract and that I would now need to pay his hourly rate. My questions were, and always were, directly related to the process. In addition, he ill-advised us on which forms to submit and also said we didn't need to do a medical exam, thus delaying the immigration process. Even the immigration officer laughed at these rookie errors. I would strongly recommend you do not use him for immigration-related issues. If you for some reason decide to do so, definitely get him to spell out exactly what his flat rate covers.

He filed my Green Card application to USCIS without verifying my priority date. He has no understanding of immigration laws. In general, if an application is received by USCIS prematurely, it is returned from USCIS mail room. But my application slip through the process. It took 3.5 years before USCIS realized their mistake. My application was denied. I appealed and that appeal took another 1.5 years and denied again. Now I am in serious soup as I am out of job, out of status, and my life is ruined by this lawyer. This has also ruined my wife and two kids life as well. He is extrmely careless and inept. He has no understanding that his actions can cause serious harm to a law abiding immigrant. Now my house is close to foreclosure and my 10 years of stay in US is close to zero.

Sorry, but this attorney caused me a lot of pain. I don't have anything against the guy but he really need to pay attention to what he is doing!!. he didn't verify the papers I submitted to him. all what he did is collecting them and sending to the immigration address. there was so many mistakes that I thought he should have pointed them to me before sending the documents. Mr. Rab please remember that immigration field is very sensitive situation because your clients don't have lot of power of accountability for you. they are immigrants so they don't have lots of rights except the word of mouth. here I am posting this to let you know that I am very dissatisfied client of yours.
