My only complaint is her lack of flexibility on payment arrangements. She has never asked for anything more than the retainer fee when I've hired her to take on my case. However, she requires the lump sum at once and that has cost her my business in the past to attorneys who are more flexible on payment arrangements. Mrs. Moody is a great attorney all in all though.
