I am extremely pleased with how Cynthia handled my case. I needed her guidance, expertise and honesty in getting my parenting plan revised. Cynthia was very honest from the start about what the potential outcomes could be. Cynthia kept me informed each step of the way, would respond to my calls or emails quickly , and always made sure we were on the same page with any new communications from the opposing lawyer. Even with my rising frustrations with my ex and his lawyer, Cynthia was my guidance and I knew she would help keep me focused on the end goal and guide me to make the best decision.
Cynthia helped me through my divorce and got me the settlement I deserve without ever having to go to court. She was supportive and on my side at a time when I needed it the most and wasn't really focused on taking care of myself or my needs. She and Deborah responded quickly when I had questions and worked around my schedule. I can't say enough great things about her!
I have been working with Cynthia for about nine months. Many quirky things have come up in my case and she has consistently dealt with them with knowledge and insightful consideration. I have never once had to wonder if she truly had my or my daughters' best interest at heart. I do not worry that she was simply performing tasks or filing papers to increase my bill. She has completely taken the wonder out situations and calmed me down when things got to be a bit out of hand. Her fairness and knowledge of the law make it so I can sleep at night. I would recommend her to anyone for her straight forward, no mess attitude at a reasonable price.
Cynthia was referred to me by another attorney. Before I had the chance to call her, she called me because my current attorney told her about me and the special circumstance. I want to note here, she was referred! Divorce is never easy, but on our first visit I knew I would be ok. I not only was starting a divorce after 25 years of marriage, I was battling breast cancer. Cynthia throughout the process was extremely competent, committed and understanding. Cynthia found herself at times mediator the other attorney! Cynthia explained each step along the way, always communicated and always open to all the many questions and/or confusion I would have along the way. You have to feel good about your attorney, have the trust and peace of mind. I had that all the way with Cynthia Mohiuddin as my lawyer.
My husband and I sought help regarding a case with my husband's ex-wife. Ms. Mohiuddin was considerate and thoughtful in her analysis of the case. She recommended a course of action that we were comfortable with and helped us through the process. One of the things I appreciated the most was the honest way she explained the possible outcomes so we would not have any misconceptions about possible outcomes. Sometimes an attorney tells us things we don't want to hear, and that can make you biased against that attorney. I have learned not to shoot the messenger, and appreciated her honesty and forthrightness. I highly recommend Ms. Mohiuddin.
