I'll go along with the other reviewer in that Cynthia Kennedy, is a horrible attorney. She does not return phone calls, she won't pick up the phone. She takes weeks and days to return my emails. She is absolutely awful I would find someone else.

During my case, Cynthia had multiple personal issues arise. They became my problems and certainly affected the case due to the poor attorney client relationship. And it wasn't just me who was affected. I was in her office while she avoided calls from other clients who were in major ch. 11 bankruptcies, or she would answer and hang up on them because they were late filing something. Her abuse was also heaped onto my mother. She made fun of my mother in court for crying (over the possibility of losing some real estate) and in her office. She was spiteful that I took a vacation during proceeding (my wife paid for it and wasn't involved in the matter). Made an issue of it even 5 years later. Ultimately, I called her out on her attitude and that caused her to claim an ethics issue to be able to withdraw from my case (after she found out that she messed up the payment plan; couldn't do simple math). Interesting to note that she claims an ethics issue to the judge because I asked her to drop the attitude. I think that would be a violation of ethics to lie to the judge? On the upside, Cynthia is not a dumb person. She could be very good at her job with a personality adjustment. The problem is that bankruptcy is a trying time for any person, and you will have to be the cool one in dealing with her. I normally don't write reviews for anything. But I felt that her behavior was so terrible and that maybe someone else could steer clear of her if they were to read this.
