Filed bankruptcy with Curtis exactly 10 years ago to the month (02/2010). E-mailed him today (02/07/2020) out of the blue in search of bankruptcy paperwork, low and behold within 10 minutes I received an email back from Curtis with the bankruptcy paperwork attached. IMPRESSIVE !!!
Mr. Koch was very professional and answered all my questions in a timely manner. He was thorough and let me know what to expect.
Mr. Koch handled my ex's DUI, my divorce, as well as my bankruptcy. He explained things very well, what would happen in court, the endless stream of questions from me. We communicated frequently by email when I wanted clarification, had a question, etc. My emails were answered promptly and professionally. He was very good at walking us through the processes of court.
Mr. Koch, did everything he said he would.. he handled my Bankruptcy in a professional manor.. I was very satisficed. He got in touch with me in a timely manor. explained everything to me so I understood what to expect. I would recommended Mr. Koch to my family and friends..
We hired Curtis Koch in 2010 to handle our chapter 13 bankruptcy and he was never prepared with our case and actually cost us more grief than should have been.
Went to court. Mr Koch was totally unprepared. It didn't seem to know much about my case even though he worked on it for almost 4 years. He raised no objections when he should have. He did no prep work with my witnesses before the hearing so they ended up being ineffective. He sat in his chair and let the opposing side run the entire hearing as if he had no clue. I terminated him after the hearing. I wish I had terminated him during the hearing that way I could have stopped the hearing and been able to hire a new attorney. Now I have to go through the appeal process. Mr Koch is a very nice man but he should retire.
Consulted with curtis, thought we had an agreement, until my court date 1 hour before, he decided to tell me he wasn't going.
