Our homeowners association hired Curtis as general counsel to help us (the board) with several issues, including rewriting our old, outdated CC&Rs and bylaws. He knows every bit of the laws that apply to our HOA and the new documents are excellent. We couldn't have asked for better work. After using attorneys for years that don't specialize in HOA law (because we didn't know any better), we can't believe the difference. It's so much more efficient, helpful and valuable using an attorney that knows this area of the law so well. Thanks!

Hired Curtis to represent me in court. He was unable to express himself, allowed many obvious lies told be the opposing party to go unquestioned and assured me that there was no legal liability in the contract under dispute. Did very little preparation, likely none, for the court appearance, and thus lost the case. Lacks eloquence and persuasiveness, both of which can be verified on your first meeting with him.
