I came to the USA on a k1 visa. My husband had filed the paperwork for the visa but by the time we started the status adjustment the changes to the process had become overwhelming. New forms and changing expiration dates to the forms was burying us in paperwork we didn’t understand. We called for an appointment with Cristina to meet and see if she could help us out. That was the best call we made. When you are under stress and overwhelmed by bureaucracy you need an advocate who is both professionally skilled at law but who is also warm and friendly; the kind of lawyer who empathizes and understands your position as well as knows how to clear the hurdles and simplify the process. We will be using her for the citizenship process when the time comes; and should something else that requires legal advice fall into our lap she will get the first call.
She was extremely organized with her work and always got back to me in a timely manner whether I called and or emailed her. She made me feel comfortable in troubling times. I would recommend her to anyone because of the exceptional work she has done for my family and I. She’s an amazing immigration lawyer; I will definitely hire her in a heartbeat.
I am very satisfied with my lawyer, She was well informed and smart. I would recommend her!
