I switched to using Crissa and her firm halfway through my divorce and it really made a difference. She constantly kept me informed of what was going on as there are many moving parts when going through a difficult divorce and custody battle. She always made time to explain things to me no matter how small an issue or how busy she was. I have kept in contact since my divorce has been finalized and she has helped me with some minor issues with my very frustrating ex husband after the settlement. My only regret is not hiring her from the start.
Going through a divorce with an ex that is incredibly difficult, two young children at home and working full time left me in a place where I felt like I would never see the light at the end of the divorce tunnel. That is, until I was introduce to Crissa. At the lowest moment of my life, Crissa was there to provide support, not only legal, but personal as well. She was my biggest advocate at a time where I needed it the most. Not only did she make sure I was safe and making the right choices when it came to the divorce, she always had my two children in mind as well. When things got out of hand with my ex she immediately stepped in and handled things professionally and timely. I could simply email or call her and before I knew it she was on top of it and handling it (him). I have to say I was very hesitant at first hiring a lawyer at all after hearing some of my friends horror stories with dealing with their divorce attorney. But from the moment I met Crissa I knew she was different because I could tell she cared. After all was said and done, I was awarded everything that I had asked for. She made sure I thought of things for the future rather than just rushing to get things done in the moment. She always walked me through everything and never made me feel like a burden or like I was asking stupid questions. She would check in on me once and while just to make sure I was doing okay, or if my ex was following up with doing the things he was supposed to be doing. She handled a lot of communication between him and I as we were not able to effectively communicate on our own. Crissa was a real life saver and the best advocate I could have ever asked for. I would recommend her one thousand times over if I could. I am extremely grateful she ended up being my attorney through one of the hardest things I have ever had to do in my life. I could never thank her enough.
Crissa is BRILLIANT! She has been through my entire divorce process with me and continues to impress me. Her writing is so detailed and articulate that I legit cheer when she sends me something to review prior to submitting to Judge. There are so many reasons she is amazing but one of my favorites is that I can ask her "am I being ridiculous" and she gives me an honest answer. Divorce is difficult enough as is it, and we all can be emotional, but Crissa breaks it down and tells me if I should adjust my attitude! 12/10 would recommend!
Crissa was a part of my divorce team and near the end, I dubbed her "Clutch Crissa" for how reliable she is. You can count on Crissa to be understanding, informed, strategic and articulate. She has been a huge help to me during a difficult time and gave her full effort towards achieving a fair resolution to my case. I would hire Crissa in a heartbeat again and can guarantee you will not be disappointed if you do.
I cannot say enough about the way Crissa handled my divorce. She approached all aspects of my situation with the upmost of professionalism, but most of all she showed genuine empathy and concern for me during the entire process. She was there for me every step of the way! She listened and offered the appropriate advice. She is a real asset to Michael Flores' firm and I would recommend her to anyone in need of this type of service. She is a real gem!
Crissa was a new addition to the he firm I hired to represent me, however throughout my case Crissa proved to me that she had the knowledge and expertise of a well seasoned attorney. Crissa was there for me through every step of the process to explain the proceedings, she was always a phone call or e-mail away. Crissa helped me to finalize my case in a short amount of time that was long over due. I would recommend Crissa highly to anyone
