I represent primarily employers but also employees providing advice and counsel on preventing and handling employment law issues as well as defending claims in court and before government agencies (EEOC, NLRB, DOL, PHRC, OSHA, etc.). I handle most employment and labor law matters, such as employment discrimination, wrongful discharge, wage and hour, non-compete agreements, labor arbitrations, collective bargaining negotiations, representated and non-represented workforce matters, harassment, privacy, safety, all with a very successful track record. These issues usually overlap, so it is helpful and important to work in all these areas to maximize success and to focus on a practical guidance and prevention approach.
