Attorney Craig W. Broadbent is licensed to practice law by the Arizona State Bar and is devoted to providing high level litigation services. He has the experience to go the distance for clients large and small. Jury trials include an award of $8 Million in favor of Mr. Broadbent’s client and a jury award entirely in favor of a local Arizona company and its owners who were forced to defend against unjustified claims. Mr. Broadbent has also obtained arbitration awards for his clients.He is admitted to practice in Arizona, before the United States District Courts for the District of Arizona, the District of Colorado, and has appeared pro hac vice before the U.S. Court for the District of Alaska. He has provided zealous representation to both plaintiffs and defendants in a variety of civil disputes and at all stages of litigation including arbitrations, mediations, jury trials, and appeals. Mr. Broadbent has also provided advice in general corporate law, negotiated disputes without trial, and drafted a variety of agreements with an emphasis on business partnership and cooperative contractual relationships.His experience with law firms and legal issues spans over a decade beginning as a legal assistant in 2007. He received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in English from the University of Utah in 2008, received his Juris Doctorate degree in 2011, and thereafter entered the practice of law. He is also is a strong supporter of local business and local arts.
