Courtney’s practice encompasses a wide variety of civil litigation matters, working with individuals and companies of all sizes. In particular, she has represented clients in employment litigation and administrative proceedings, close corporation shareholder disputes, petitions to partition real property, and commercial disputes. Courtney has appeared before the New Hampshire Department of Labor; New Hampshire Supreme, Superior, District, and Family Division Courts; and the United States District Courts for the District of New Hampshire and the Southern District of New York. Courtney has practiced with Sheehan Phinney since 2005, and has served as the firm’s Director of Associate Development since 2013. Sample Matters:
