Courtney helped with a stubborn mediation. Was honest, caring, understanding and to the point!!! Got the results I wanted and would definitely hire again!!
Courtney is very committed to working with her clients and making them feel comfortable throughout the entire process. She is easy to communicate with, and is available to answer questions or provide advice. She is dedicated to the well-being of her clients and when children are involved she does everything she can for the child's best interest. She works quickly and efficiently. She was a wonderful person to work with and has the best interest of her clients in mind.
I hired Courtney Cline to represent me in a divorce case for a short marriage in which I was the bread-winner. While the marriage was short, there was considerable financial risk given the disparity in income and the debt that we had prior-to and during the marriage. There were no children from the marriage, and limited marital assets. Ms. Cline did a great job of helping me understand the best and worst case scenarios, what was worth arguing about, and what the court would be likely to accept. She asked me the hard questions to help us build the best case, and was very open and honest about the situation I was in. Ms. Cline was very transparent and always kept me informed about what was happening with the other party, and what our best course of action was given the situation. She often would present multiple scenarios so I could make an educated decision on how to proceed. I always felt like I had one of the best in my corner, which gave me the confidence and support I needed to navigate the case (and the rest of my life at the same time). I honestly had the feeling that she had as much invested in the case and the outcome as I did. She and her team handled the most complex things, but gave me assignments to help reduce the overall cost of representation, which I appreciated. While this case settled before going to trial, Ms. Cline was strong and confident in the court appearance we did have. I would recommend Ms. Cline to anyone facing or considering a divorce who needs a hard working advocate in their corner.
