Cosmin is a licensed attorney in Washington State. He received his law degree from Seattle University School of Law and his undergraduate degree from University of Washington. He draws upon years of entrepreneurial experience and resulting acumen to provide counseling and representation to individuals, families and businesses in the Pacific Northwest. Construction Through years of general contractor experience, Cosmin developed a genuine passion for the industry. Fluently speaking the language of owners, contractors, subcontractors, manufacturers, suppliers, sureties and insurers, Cosmin problem solves efficiently by quickly identifying issues and solutions without the need of extensive primers on clients’ businesses or disputes. Estate Planning and Elder Law Having managed a senior care facility for almost a decade, Cosmin observed firsthand the benefits of great estate planning as well as the challenges and conflicts associated with the lack thereof. His goal is helping clients identify their promises to themselves and loved ones through all seasons of life, and creating the plan that will fulfill them. Thus, through comprehensive and current estate planning practices Cosmin helps clients protect and successfully pass their wealth to the next generation. As trusted advisor, Cosmin guides his clients through making their own medical care decisions before they are no longer able to do so because of illness or incapacity. When, for financial or physical reasons, home is no longer the most appropriate place to live, Cosmin helps his clients navigate the myriad of complex housing and care options available in the Pacific Northwest.
