I provide legal and tax planning for estate preservation and disposition, lifetime wealth transfers, business succession, philanthropic giving and probate administration to mulitgenerational families, closely held businesses and non-profit organizations. I believe in team work and create advisor teams from the firm's various areas of legal expertise and with professionals outside the firm, to maximize the benefit to each client.My goal is to  accomplish the integration of wealth transfers, individual values, relational dynamics and tax benefits into a holistic plan, unique for every client. I can utilize specialized trusts for tax planning, asset protection, incapacity or special needs planning and integrate marital agreements, retirement plans and life insurance with wealth transfer and business succession plans.
