My case was in part medical malpractice, negligence and personal injury. Mr. Nolan understood some of the wrong doing but he was far too passive in his approach. He allowed the other side too much time to respond to our attempt to negotiate a solution, while my medical condition grew in severity. He charged a lot of money with no results. But the case was a difficult one, and he should have used another attorney to help pursue justice. You may feel you have to do a lot of the work he doesn't do, especially if you are in pain and suffering, and need the interventions to move quickly. He is too polite and too diplomatic in this context, but would probably be very good in settling less personal and less urgent cases, since he is very good in logic. Depends what your legal needs are.
