About
Born in Limerick, Ireland in 1968, C. William Kenny grew up in the Pittsburgh area, and is a 1991 graduate of Duquesne University where he earned a B.A. degree in English, with a minor in History. He spent a year abroad at Trinity College, Dublin University studying Medieval and Renaissance Literature. He obtained a Juris Doctorate from the Duquesne University School of Law in 1998.Mr. Kenny is licensed to practice in all Pennsylvania Courts as well as the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, the United States Court of Federal Claims, and has been admitted pro hac vice to several other state and Federal Courts.Mr. Kenny has over 14 years of experience in the prosecution of a broad range of both simple and complex civil lawsuits in State and Federal courts, as well as experience in State and Federal appellate courts. Mr. Kenny has represented individuals in claims arising out of personal injury from slip and fall, negligence, wrongful death, medical malpractice, product liability and battery, as well as damages from breach of contract, commercial transactions, fraud, property disputes, eminent domain, patent litigation, trademark, medical malpractice, and intestate rights.Mr. Kenny is a member of the Pennsylvania Association for Justice (PAJ), the Western Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association (WPTLA) , the Allegheny County Bar Association (ACBA), and the St. Thomas More Society, as current President, and past board member.Mr. Kenny is a dedicated trial lawyer who prides himself on advocating for injured people's rights with compassion for the difficulties caused by serious injury, and by aggressively seeking to hold those responsible for the injury accountable to his clients.

Colm William Kenny is terrific as a person and very professional as a lawyer in court of law.
