Our experience with SinclairProsser Law, LLC was very positive from our first meeting. The entire staff was friendly and caring. They answered all of our questions and informed us about matters we wouldn’t have known to ask about. We would highly recommend their services.
My wife and I established separate trusts and updated estate documents through an effort that was completed in October 2017. In December 2017 my wife exhibited maladies that were diagnosed as Metastatic Melanoma. After several weeks in hospice, she passed away on Christmas Day 2017. How quickly one's world can be turned upside down....and how grateful I have been to have had current, complete estate documents through which I can, as trustee, manage the resulting estate affairs. Colleen Prosser, along with Crystal, helped us to update our estate documents. It was very comforting to have someone like Colleen who has extensive background in estate law to formulate and implement a trust structure and provisions that allows effective management by me as trustee. The carefully crafted documents also lay the groundwork for transition to alternative designated trustees should I pass or become incapable of decision making. These documents provide piece of mind that I am leaving a "tight ship" that can be easily passed on and sustained. Colleen was very helpful in assessing approaches that best fit our assets and financial resources. As with everyone my wife and I met at Sinclair Prosser, she was very competent, pleasant, patient, and helpful.
My wife passed away on August 12, 2016. Our living trust was 5 years old on August 11, 2016, so on completion of the necessary trust administration occasioned by my wife’s passing, I agreed to a restatement of the trust to reflect pertinent changes which had taken place in the 5 years since the trust was formed. I found the firm’s representative to be responsive, thorough and highly professional in all respects.
I found SinclairProsser Law to be a valuable asset after the death of my husband. They helped me navigate legal issues and always had my interests at heart. I thank you for being there for me.
When first making contact we knew nothing about trusts or wills. Everyone I dealt with was helpful and informative and I felt very comfortable and much more informed than I thought I would and did not have any qualms about turning my information over to SinclairProsser Law L.L.C. to handle. Recently I had occasions to have them settle my husband’s Estate and they were both sympathetic and professional. I would definitely encourage anyone to use them for Estate Planning.
Many years ago we set up a Trust with Mrs. Sinclair. When my husband passed in 2018, SinclairProsser was there to walk me through all the financial & legal procedures to settle the estate. They made sure I understood what I needed to do and what they would handle. Whenever I had a question someone was available to give me an answer. They made a difficult time much easier & they kept me informed as to their progress.
Sinclair Prosser Law Firm provides exceptional professional advice and guidance regarding legal and financial matters. I found the staff to be committed to a high standard of services to me and my family.
Initially I attended a seminar on Estate Planning offered by Sinclair Prosser just to gain knowledge. Little did I know that I would one day use that knowledge and know exactly who to call. Based on a family situation in 2010, I met w/ Nicole Livingston to create an estate plan. She very patiently guided me through the process. I have needed to make changes twice in the following 7 yrs. and again Nicole has patiently guided me. I feel very confident that my trustee will have excellent guidance when it is time to execute my wishes. I confidently recommend this firm to adults first to gain knowledge and then to know where to turn when need becomes evident.
Having received a referral from a friend, I attended one of the SinclairProsser workshops to learn more about the services they offer. Satisfied that their approach was comprehensive, I made an appointment with Nicole Livingston. Nicole was empathetic and professional in her approach -- quite easy to talk to. After the legal documents were drawn up, I then met with paralegals who walked me through the details of their execution -- again, personal and professional in their approach.
We had an estate settlement with the complication of a second marriage, two families, an administrative trust, real estate, and other financial issues. The process a bit overwhelming when you are not familiar with the intricacies of wills, trusts, probate, and estate settlement in general. Having the assistance of Sinclair Prosser Law was invaluable in guiding us through the entire process.
