I hired Ms. Carroll to handle my divorce several years ago. This was perhaps the worst time of my life. I found Ms. Carroll to be kind, compassionate, knowledgeable and available to me at hours that were convenient and did not interfere with my work – I had a lot of bills in starting my new life, so maintaining my job was very important to me. Ms. Carroll explained her fees and I signed a detailed fee agreement so there were no surprises. All the work she performed for me was professional, timely and well done. She explained everything to me in a manner I could understand. In court, the judge obviously knew her, said I was “well represented” during our pretrial and he treated her with tremendous courtesy, which gave me a lot of confidence. Since my divorce, she has consulted with me to help with problems that have arisen, without charging me a cent. I would highly recommend this attorney to anyone and in fact have given her name to friends and family.

She is a greedy, unprofessional, unprepared attorney!I After spending over $10,000 I had to fire her in order to get my divorce case finalized. Even my ex-husband felt badly for me! After paying her my final bill, going to court on my own and finishing out my own case, she is still billing me for $300.00 she says I owe for copying. Every month she adds a few dollars in interest and sends me a new bill. I have told her to sew me for the money and actually earn her $250 an hour she thinks she is worth. Nope...she is either too greedy to let it go after all the money I gave her for nothing or just to lazy to take me to court. It has been harder dealing with her than my ex! Run don't walk!
