Mr. Killer handled my divorce back in late 1997. He was terrible. My daughter and I suffered because of his ineptness. He was no match for my ex's well-know attorney. Very unorganized, did not respond to correspondence from opposing attorney. My daughter missed out on so much because of his horrible representation.

At first Clyde Killer seemed to care about my case which gave me the impression I did not have much to worry about. I was wrong. Clyde not only made decisions about his course of action with my case without notifying me, but he was also very disorganized. I found myself constantly reminding him of specifics with the case because he never took note of what I said. His lack of motivation was appalling. My very first concern was to be taken off of Pre-trial Intervention which I was wrongfully assigned to in the first place. When I fired him on the day we requested a continuance (2 months later) I was in the same situation as I had started. Not only was I STILL on Pre-trial, but he had made no inquiries to the matter. Clyde also neglected to retrieve available evidence to the case because in his own words "it isn't going to do you any good son." Clyde Killer violated Fla. Bar rules 4.1-1, 4.1-2, 4.1-3 and 4.1-4 on my case and requested final payment of his services before I saw any results what so ever. I WILL be writing a letter to Clyde requesting monetary reimbursement for these so called "services" he provided so inefficiently. If the matter is not resolved, Fla Bar states that I have the right to take legal action. In my opinion, Clyde Killer is not only an unmotivated, unethical, lazy attorney but also not trustworthy. Do yourself a favor and be smarter than me, research your lawyer BEFORE you hire him/her.
