I have over 25 years’ experience in workers’ compensation and Social Security Disability.  I served for 9 years as a judge with the Arkansas Workers’ Compensation Commission, and I served for 6 years as Deputy Executive Director of the Commission before receiving my appointment as a judge.  I have represented injured workers in private practice since 2005.  Regardless of the seriousness of your injury, you may be entitled to benefits under the Arkansas Workers’ Compensation Law that you have not received.  The severity of work related injuries varies.  However, almost daily, I talk to individuals with injuries ranging from minor injuries to severe injuries which are life altering.  Many of these individuals have not received all of the benefits that they are entitled to receive.  In fact, many injured workers never receive all the benefits that they are entitled to receive unless they have an attorney on their side who knows their rights under the law and who understands how to assure that they receive all of the benefits allowed by the law.  This may be true even if the employer or insurance company has accepted the claim and paid some benefits.  With my experience, I feel confident that I can assure that you receive everything you are entitled to receive.
